Description:
The aim of this procurement procedure is the timely extension of the existing Enterprise Agreement, as well as Select Plus - before the end of May 31, 2025, with the conclusion of seamless connection contracts through a licensing solution partner (LSP) authorized by Microsoft in Germany)and Enterprise Software Advisor (ESA) with the start of the contract 01.06.2025, for a runtime of three years in order to continue to be able to use already acquired software assurances for existing licenses.
In addition, the contracts serve the regular post-purchase (also within the annual True-up reports)of software licenses and software assurance.Completion of seamless connection contracts by a licensing solution partner (LSP) and Enterprise Software Advisor (ESA) authorized by Microsoft in Germany with the start of the contract 01.06.2025, for a term of three years in order to continue to be acquired for existing licensesTo be able to use.
