Description:
The municipality of Perl plans to implement the project "Conversion and expansion of the existing elementary school Dreilandereck" and requires architectural and engineering services to plan the extension of the FGTS Dreilander corner. The municipality has already developed a room concept and has been preliminary planningcommissioned. The results of the preliminary planning are included in the tender documents. Three construction phases are planned. The complex, referred to in preliminary planning as the 2nd phase of construction, is preferred in the further planning and the first thing to do is to implement it. This includes the connection buildingBetween building 1964 and buildings in 1928. This creates four new classrooms and a new auditorium with output kitchen.
