Description:
The city of Donauwoerth at the Donauwoerth train station intends to extend and expand the person underpass with a southern outcome on Industriestrasse. Deutsche Bahn AG expanded the Donauwoerther train station barrier -free in 2024. In the course of this work, the existingStation underpass laid and rebuilt to the last platform. In consultation with the DB, the city of Donauwoerth would like to instruct the planning services for the further construction of the station underpass to Industriestrasse in the south of the train station. The continuation of the pedestrian underpass is plannedUnder the railway tracks with exit on Industriestrasse on the urban ground. The length of the underpass will be about 100 m, the width is approximately 6 m. The subject of the VGV procedure are the tunnel structure (object planning engineering structures), line construction (object planning engineering buildings))as well as the specialist planning structure planning. The execution takes place in one train. The construction costs (KG 300+400) are temporarily estimated at EUR 14 million. The promotion of the measure according to the FAG BUND, BayFag and GVFG has already been coordinated with the funding agents and prospect.
