Description:
The planned project includes the new construction of a free-standing U-shaped wooden building with the main dimensions of approx. 40 x 30 m. The load-bearing structure of the two-story, non-basement building with a gable roof consists of board-stacked ceilings, which are supported on wooden frame wallsen done; the roof structure is planned as a rafter roof; The floor slab, staircase with elevator shaft, and two outer wall panels are planned to be made of reinforced concrete. The building is an administrative building and houses offices and meeting rooms. There are technical and storage rooms in the attic.
