Description:
The procurement project consists in the digitization and outsourcing of patient paper files from the archive of the three clinic locations to an external archive. It can be assumed from a total number of around 1,100,000 pages that are to be digitized. The client currently has Over approx. 6,000 running meters. The distribution of the file locations is as follows: • approx. 3,000 lfd. Meters in Ehingen • approx. 1,200 lfdd. Meter in Langenau • approx. 1,800 km meters in Blaubeuren The documents are available in formats up to a maximum of DIN A3. There are occasional in the X -ray files External findings, with documentation up to and including the treatment year 2014. The Hyd Media digital archive already exists within the Dedalus system landscape and is to be expanded accordingly. The proposed software is already a emergency archive and for the LE portal (exchange with Medical service) can be called up and via an interface to Orbis. ADK hospital GmbH operates three clinics in Blaubeuren, Ehingen and Langenau, which is why a complete solution of the three clinics is required
