- External support for the IT support of the state capital Potsdam The Information and Communication Technology Department (FB 54) of the state capital Potsdam (LHP) plays a central role in supporting business processes and the Ensuring high availability and quality of the required IT services. Against this background, parts of the IT service management for the city administration (approx. 2,800 employees) and the 51 public schools (approx. 2,100 teachers) should be transferred to one outsourced to external IT service providers in order to ensure service quality in the long term and to relieve internal resources. The majority of the services to be provided as part of the service desk are attributable to the Remote support. In addition, the externally outsourced services include activities in the areas of IT system support, IT device management as well as logistics and inventory. As part of ticket processing, an on-site intervention can be carried out by the Clients are commissioned, in particular for services in the areas mentioned. It must be ensured that agreed service level requirements of the service desk are also met during on-site operations. The LHP is looking for a contractor to take on activities in the sense of 1st level support, parts of 2nd level support, on-site system support as well as remote maintenance and other services to be provided on demand.
