Description:
On behalf of the Federal Government, the KfW finances programs and projects of state financial cooperation. For the implementation of these projects, technical expert (TSV) as experts with particularly well -founded expertise in the respective sector areused. They advise KfW and the project partners on the technical conception and the support of the projects and programs.It offers significant opportunities to increase state performance and service quality at national and decentralized levels and enable the population better and more equal access to basic state services. The FZ has been supporting a few accordinglyYears in various regions the expansion of the IT infrastructure and the digitization of public administrations.
Several FZ projects in the field of e-government are currently in preparation or are already in implementation. In particular, they concern the expansion of the ICT infrastructure(Network development and connection, equipment) at national and decentralized level, introduction of digital process sequences, the digitization of administrative services and the strengthening of digital skills in partner countries.
