Description:
The properties of refugee accommodation in the portfolio in the portfolio in the portfolio. The real estate portfolio is distributed across the entire Berlin city area and all districts. The properties are particularly residential buildings (also Container villages) or accommodation facilities that are made available to the refugees as residential use. The management of the management is 42 economic units (control objects and named option objects) with a total of approx. 300,000 m2 BGF. In addition, 4 unknowns are Option objects each lot advertised with approx. 40,000 m2 BGF. The services are awarded in 2 lots.
For the properties, the holistic and technical management must be provided by the certain management services. These are fundamentally divided in the management in facility management (including object management, documentation & reporting, IT-supported services, defect management/ warranty tracking) as well as services of the technical building management (including operating/ property operation, repair, tree show, Consumption controlling, operational services).
