Management services in five lots: Lot 1: Technical building management (TGM), Lot 2: Maintenance cleaning (UHR), Lot 3: Glass/facade cleaning, Lot 4: Green and outdoor area maintenance including winter service and Lot 5: Security services.
German Museum, whereby each lot is defined in detail in its own specification of services.
Properties: 1. Museum Island: Collection building, implementation phase 1, gross floor area approx. 35,000 sqm and collection building, realization phase 2 (from 2028), gross floor area approx. 35.000 sqm., library building, gross floor area approx. 35,000 square meters 2. Schleissheim airfield, gross floor area approx. 19,000 square meters and 3. traffic center, gross floor area approx. 13,000 square meters.
Services to be provided:
3. Maintenance/inspection/testing, 4. Fault management, 5. Repairs, 6. Defect claims management, 7. Technical in-house services, 8. Energy and media management and 9. special services on demand.
