Description:
The planning area comprises a sub-area of 34,522 m² area in the north-west of Königs Wusterhausen on a BiMa site, which part of the commercial and residential park
Königs Wusterhausen is north. It is limited by the Higher Rower Strasse in the west. In the east, north and south, the planning area borders on other properties of the commercial area. It is planned on the premises to build a customs training center of customs including all required external and development systems. The area currently has trees in the form of trees and shrubs. To make construction, all existing trees and shrubs must be cleared on the property in accordance with the list (official site plan).
The scope of services consists of felling and clearing work. This includes felling work of the existing trees, blinds of the entire property and clearing the area of
Biological rubbish. All clearing must be accomplished in compliance with all legal regulations and norms, the rules of technology (e.g. species protection, occupational safety regulations, nature conservation, etc.). A precise coordination with the client and the local authorities is imperative.
