- As a rule, there is a need to change the form of management for bicycle traffic on town thoroughfares. There are currently no criteria for deciding when to recommend a change to the continuation of the extra-local two-way management. If a facility tour is preferred possible inner-city management of cycling must be weighed up against each other. The criteria on which this assessment is based can currently only be determined qualitatively. Town thoroughfares are often characterized by narrow street spaces, which only allow cycling traffic Allow mixed traffic.
