Description:
The BMUV Agricultural Congress takes place every year, all day, in the run -up to the International Green Week in mid -January. Since the first congress in 2017, the BMUV has presented various politically current focus issues at the individual congresses. For example, the 2023 agricultural congress under the title "Protecting livelihoods, encountering crises", also under the impression of the Russian attack war on Ukraine, with its reciprocities in food production and the resulting pressure on the environmental targets in agriculture. The topic of “livelihoods” was focused on the area and maintenance of soil health. A format was established with the BMUV agricultural congress, which both professionally sound problem areas of the agricultural sector in the area of environmental and nature conservation and discussed current (socially) political issues and set accents for environmental and agricultural policetic art.
