- According to Section 32, the heat planning law- (WPG) requires a heating and decarbonization timetable by December 31, 2026. If a transformati-on-plan (BEBBERT 1, application until 31.12.2025) is drawn up, this obligation is not necessary and additional funding will be madegranted. In order to advance the obligation in accordance with § 32 WPG and to obtain grant funding, this transformation plan or this feasibility study is commissioned.to present the existing heat network systems or new construction of heat networks over a longer period of time with the aim of complete supplying the network through eligible renewable heat sources by 2045. On this basis, the transformation plan or this feasibility study must be concreteExternal measures in determinable time-hoofed and the necessary resources. The transformation plan or this feasibility study is the basis for subsequent measures. A target image and a stage plan including packages of measures are to be developed, there to be there and their implementationdescribe. This is also supported under the consideration of whether and which packages are promoted in the implementation.
