• The property Clayallee 135 in 14195 Berlin is rented to the Allied Museum e.V. by the Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) for use as museum, exhibition, office, depot and storage space with the usual secondary purposes. The The property includes two historic buildings - the listed Outpost building from 1953 (planning subject and former US military cinema) and the Nicholson building built in 1978 (not relevant to the planning, a former one US Garrison Library) - as well as the outdoor area on the property. The museum has been using the property since 1994. The entire property is in need of extensive renovation. For further planning of the renovation needs is one Feasibility study necessary. Furthermore, user needs and requirements for contemporary museum use must be examined. These results are incorporated into the feasibility study. The monument preservation plan is the basis for the development of the Remedial measures. The task includes the service modules described in more detail below for a feasibility study regarding the consulting services for monument protection, with the aim of determining the need for renovation of the listed building in more detail to be able to determine and to compile the results in a report.
