The building is divided into a 5-storey head building and an L-shaped, 6-storey administrative tract. 1. Type and scope of the performance: approx. 12,500 m2 inner plasterLime-cement-plaster mortar on walls, supports, parapet approx. 920 m2 interior plaster as a ceiling plaster made of lime-cement plaster mortar on blankets, pedestals, and underneath views approx. 670 m2 dispersion filler on ceilings approx. 20m2 fire protection blanket plaster approx. 105 m2 dry plaster on paragraphs.Contracts 2. Execution periods: Start of the execution: 09/2025 Completion/duration: 09/2027-Binding individual periods 3. Evaluation of BNB certification for the project, BNB certification in silver is sought. The contractor must participate in the successful certification.
