B2244.0-BBR AB Concrete renovation sealing work DIN 18336 The required sealing for traffic areas made of concrete must be carried out in accordance with DIN 18532-1 and DIN 18532-3. The underground car park corresponds to usage class N3-V for cars and light truck traffic and covers a net floor area of around 5,700m2. The execution must be carried out as construction method 1a (sealing on the structural concrete under a wear layer) in material combination F. The sealing work includes the following sub-steps and must be carried out in sections: 1. Creating the horizontal seal in layers 2. Layer-by-layer production of the sealing areas under planned scraper edges in accordance with ZTV-ING 3. Layer-by-layer production of the sealing on rising components, final coating in the RAL color according to the client's instructions based on samples, 4. Production of protective measures in the overlap areas neighboring construction or subsections 5. Cleaning of the work areas Purpose of the requested service: - Installation of a new seal between the 1st and 2nd basement floors (1st + 2nd basement) in order to eliminate conditions that promote corrosion and ensure the durability of the supporting structure Dates: Start of execution: 01/2026 End of execution: 11/2027
