• 1. Information about the construction project - General description: The construction task includes renovation measures in three of the seven buildings on the property of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy on Scharnhorststrasse. The buildings are: Listed old buildings, built between 1905 and 1910, which were renovated from 1991 onwards and expanded for ministry operations. The main building (A) is located on Invalidenstrasse, the two side wings (B and C) extend along Scharnhorststrasse and of the Spandau shipping canal. In addition to being used as an administrative building, there is a conference center with several representative historical halls and the management area of ​​the ministry in Building A, as well as in the side wing, Building B historical lecture hall. - Client, user: The owner of the property is the Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA), the user is the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE).
