- VE 313 - Description of the BATION Description The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BIMA) as the client, represented by the Federal Office for Building and Spatial Planning (BBR) plans to establish an extension of the Federal Ministry for Environment, Climate Protection, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Security (Bmukn) in Berlin - middle. The new building has a basement, ground floor and six upper floors. The extension of the BMUKN consists of two buildings, component A and component B, which are connected to each other via a bridge. Another bridge serves as a transition from component A to Existing building of the BMUKN. The property to be built is a federal property with a total area of 12,527 m2. It is in the north by the Erna - Berger - Strasse, in the west through the existing building of the BMUKN, the Bew -Kalte generation plant and Stresemannstrasse, Limited in the south by the Niederkirchnerstrasse and in the east by the Berlin House of Representatives. The Berlin S - Bahn runs in a tunnel below Stresemannstrasse parallel to the B. component. The construction pit and the basement were planned accordingly, i.e. h. Without intervention in the public street space. Due to the existence of the North - South - S - Bahn - Tunnel, the accessibility of Stresemannstrasse is limited with heavy transporters. The same applies accordingly to the installation of mobile cranes at the road level above the tunnel. The building to be built has one BGF of 53,115 m 2, including 7,240 m 2 underground and 45,875 m 2 above ground.
