The construction project is an administrative building in 2 construction phases.
In the first phase of construction, a construction is built from 1. And 2nd basement for underground car park and technology rooms, ground floor up to 3rd floor for office and meeting rooms as well as storage and tea kitchens.
In the second construction phase, a construction is built from 1. Support for underground car park, sanitary area and technology rooms, ground floor up to 2nd upper floor for office and meeting rooms as well as warehouse and tea kitchens.
