H. The aim is to convert it into a modern, barrier-free classroom and training center. The existing building is a two-story masonry building with no basement, with a gently sloping roof and a clearly structured, functional cubature from the 1970s. It currently has an outdated floor plan with predominantly small office spaces and inadequate technical equipment. During the renovation, the external cubature and the internal structure will be preserved completely renovated and the floors will be rezoned to clearly separate teaching, administrative, lounge and technical areas. Acoustics, lighting and room climate are adapted to the acoustically optimized ceilings and modern lighting systems Adapted to the requirements of teaching and training operations.
