Description:
The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one or two bidders via the delivery of approx. 360 district heating house stations with hot water preparation and stainless steel buffer tank (hot water tank). The aim is the needs -based and gradual equipment of new buildings as well as existing buildings in their own supply area. The range of services of the house stations is in the range from 50 kW to 700 kW.

Components The delivery includes the following main components: - district heating stations for supply The room heating with primary side output for drinking water heating including passports for heat meter (at least 190 mm) - drinking water warmer based on a plate heat exchanger system - hot water tanks made of stainless steel for hot water storage - all necessary control and Regulation units, including optional remote monitoring target parameters - maximum return temperature (network): larger than 45 C in continuous operation (weekly mean, load -based) - flow temperature district heating network: up to 85 C in winter operation up to 70 C in summer operation - performance areas of the House stations: approx. 80-1,000 kW (depending on the property requirement) - hot water preparation performance: typically 5-40 l/min at a target temperature of 60 C technical requirements return temperature lowering - the house stations must be able to use constructive and hydrau...
