Description:
The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with § 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V for the delivery of finished medicinal products with the designation Acarizax (ATC: V01AA03 - house dust mites) as part of a so-called "open-house model". Under the specification of a uniform contractnditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are given the opportunity to conclude or join a discount agreement in accordance with Section 130 a (8) SGB V for the active ingredients listed under Section Boten. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents and the respective contract from the contact address given under I.1). A prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company has the requested participationcomplete and sign the documents.
