- The new "Hamburg Youth Institution" building is to be built at the Billwerder JVA site in Hamburg-Billwerder. The area required for the project is partly covered by an undeveloped area on the current Billwerder JVA site and partly by the additionThe guild is covered by land that was originally used for agriculture and adjoining it to the southeast.
As part of preliminary measures, the existing wall around the site of the future youth center was separated and expanded.
In the future, a total of 10 buildings as well as a cogeneration plant etc. will be built on the site within the detention walld 2 buildings will be built on the site outside the detention wall. The measure advertised here includes the fire extinguishing systems for the 11 buildings of the closed prison. Also included in this measure are the development measures for the fire extinguisher connection of the closed prison, etcie a pre-stretch installation for open execution.
