- Description:
- The fire protection cleaning on kitchen air systems must be carried out in the area of the kitchen. The services are to be carried out twice a year on weekdays (Monday Thursday) from around 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The inspection / hygiene and preventive fire protection cleaning of the kitchen ventilation systemsare to be carried out according to VDI 2052.
- The cleaning or inspection staff must have a corresponding qualification according to VDI 6022.
- All inspection work carried out are documented in the operating book of the respective system
- Technical documentation via the system according to VDI 2052"Space air-technical systems in kitchens"
-are checked for pollution/cleaned (according to VDI 2052)

In the case of particularly sensitive parts of the system (e.g. fire protection flaps), the manufacturer's regulations are mandatory when cleaning. Pension must be taken to not release any loads (asbestos). The PSA must be observed. KnowledgeAnd compliance with the TRGS 519 is required.
