- The basement of the Rheinpfalzallee office building has various fire protection deficiencies on. Missing fire protection partitions and undeveloped fire compartments should be remedied by implementing the new fire protection certificate. The Fire protection certificate was approved in December 2024 and is available as an attachment in, “Building permit No. 2024 / 1874 in accordance with Section 64 BauO Bln”. The basement was in divided into six new usage units, each as a fire compartment to produce are. Since the tenant situation has changed in the meantime and two units are empty, The planning office KLW is currently in coordination with the responsible person Test engineer for fire protection whether these two usage units also Part of the Fire protection renovation is required and whether a tecture needs to be submitted as proof of fire protection. A pollutant report shows that insulation materials to be dismantled are contaminated with KMF. However, after consultation with KLW, this does not have to be brought forward Remediation of pollutants Black and white areas will be set up. However, this is during the work Wearing appropriate PPE is necessary.
