Description:
Wilhelm-Keil-Str. 46, 72072 Tuebingen, Tuebingen, expansion EA, services for fire protection on buildings, intended to commission fire protection services to buildings, here for the construction of a replacement building for 500 refugees.
From an economic point of view, it is standardized Orthogonal planning required. If possible and appropriate in terms of construction, usage-specific and economic terms, the new building in wood or wood hybrid construction should be built. Subsequent use for residential purposes must be considered when developing the task. The measure is expected to take place in two construction phases, the operation of the existing EA is not interrupted and must therefore be taken into account in the planning process.
The estimated building costs (KG 300/400) amount to approx.
€ 40,410,000 gross.
Technical planning services for fire protection with the Performance levels
2 to 7 (preliminary planning, design planning, approval planning, execution planning, object monitoring and documentation)
