Fitted kitchens The Evangelical Deaconess House Berlin Teltow Lehnin is the applicant and builder of the “Conversion of the Johannes Jänicke House” project in Halle (Saale). This involves the ongoing conversion and renovation of an existing nursing home Operation. The aim of the measure is to convert double rooms into single rooms in order to meet today's nursing requirements and improve the quality of life of the residents. Other structural, technical and Organizational adjustments accompany the conversion. Funding information: This measure is funded as part of the “Investment in Care and Living” funding program of the state of Saxony-Anhalt. The funding was awarded with a grant notice from the investment bank Saxony-Anhalt approved on August 6, 2025. “The structural measure - conversion of the ‘Johannes-Jänicke-Haus- nursing home in Halle - was financed with funds from the state of Saxony-Anhalt.” Installation of 3 fitted kitchens in the common areas in three Floor, consisting of assembly, fitting and alignment of the kitchen furniture as well as installation and connection of electrical appliances (including refrigerator, microwave, hob/stove, extractor hood) including all necessary fastening, adjustment and Ancillary services for the ready-to-operate handover Doc Title: Fitted kitchens Contract Type: works
