- It is intended to build the Koenigswartha palace complex on the grounds of the palace complex in 02699 Koenigswartha, Gutsstr. 1, used by the Saxon State Office for the Environment, Agriculture and Geology to be comprehensively renovated in accordance with the applicable legislation and fire protection regulations. In the castleThe Saxon fishing school is housed in the complex, consisting of the buildings castle, feeding barn, orangery and dormitory. They will continue to use the building complex after the renovation has been completed. During the construction phase, the building was freed up, which gave freedom of construction and the MeServices such as water and construction electricity are available. The castle building (built from 1780 to 1796) as well as the feeding barn and orangery (built in 1870) are listed buildings. The dormitory was built in the early 1980s. The entire palace complex is designated as an area monument. The buildingse have undergone various renovations since their construction. It is about building in the existing building.
