Refoplan Title: "Authority Network Climate Administration: Methods for Developing an Integrated Policy Mixes of the German Climate Adaptation Strategy"
The project has the aim of developing methodological building blocks for an ex-ante evaluation procedure for the action planning to develop this and to support the application professionally and organizationally. This methodological development aims for improved ex ante evaluation of the efficacy and sustainability of individual adaptation measures and instruments as well as the identification of a suitable policy mix.
The research project builds on a variety of preamble to the UBA to Policy Mix, for the evaluation of policy instruments, for example, in the context of strategy relay assessment, on the assessment of adaptation capacity within the framework of climate impact and risk analysis and in cooperation with the authorities network climate change and adaptation.
