• Refoplan: “Supporting the implementation of the marine litter segments of the HELCOM Baltic Sea Action Plan and the OSPAR Northeast Atlantic Strategy and the implementation of the OSPAR/HELCOM action plans on marine litter (marine litter).” The pollution of the seas Human waste is recognized as one of the most important global environmental problems of our time, along with other key issues.
