Refoplan: "Innovative/sustainable techniques: TV 1: Development of the state of the art for the extraction of ores in industrial scale/mining" The RL 2010/75/EU in the version of the RL (EU) 2024/1785 regulates approval, operation and decommissioning of industrial plants. She reaches through Application of the best available technology (BVT) A high level of environmental protection. The BVT is determined by an exchange of information between Member States -UBA represents Germany -, industry, NGOs and EU Commission. For the new BVT leaflet for the "extraction and Preparation on site of erzen on the industrial scale "(min -bleed) has already started. This project serves to support the UBA in the development of the Min -Bref. The contractors should - first - plants in Germany (only very few), the EU (e.g. Fin, SWE) and in 3 countries worldwide (e.g. from) identify and relevant emissions and resource consumption of the activities in the scope of the MIN pension (ore extraction over and during day; preparation steps such as breaking, grinding, classifying, roasting) as well as the used and possible operating techniques as well as collect, analyze and represent techniques for reduction in emissions and resource efficiency. Second, the contractors should provide (office) organizational and content support in the creation of the MIN pleber. Thirdly, the contractor creates position papers and - fourthly - part of the meetings nationally and at the EU level.
