The tender is subject to the financability (see point 19 of the application conditions). Refoplan: "Safety aspects in the life of traction/industrial batteries" As part of the energy transformation, electrochemical energy storage or batteries are increasingly used. Be it On the one hand as a memory for power peaks and for network compensation, so -called industrial batteries, and on the other hand as a traction battery as part of the drive change in the traffic sector. In the context, production and recycling are expanded. Here there are security issues in relation to the Plant security. Even in the usage phase on operating areas according to the 12th BImSchV, safety -relevant plant parts could arise. In this project, the security aspects and environmental impacts in the entire life cycle of batteries are to be discussed. In addition to today Frequently used lithium ion batteries are also discussed new cell chemes and battery types, thus ensuring an outlook on development in the next few years.
