Refoplan: "HBM analysis parc aligned studies-German post TV2: pyrethroid, organophosphate pesticides"
The aim of the project is to examine human samples that are obtained as part of German participation in the Parc ("Partnership for a Risk Assessment of Chemicals"). The results serve to determine and update data on the corporal pollutant loads and the pollutant loads in the domestic area of the general population in Germany and Europe. As part of the study, morning urine samples are received as an analysis matrix. Approx. 642 urine samples are to be examined on pyrethroid metabolites (CIS-DBCA, CIS-DCCA, Trans-DCCA, 3-PBA, 4-F-3-PBA, CLF3CA) and organophosphate metabolites (TCPY, further optional). The transmission of results takes place in a quality -assured manner in a format specified by the UBA (Excel). The contractor manufactures reports on which the description of the analysis carried out and the quality controls contain. The quality and plausibility of the results must be commented on.
