Description:
ReFoPlan: “Human biomonitoring analysis PARC aligned studies - German contribution TV5: Effect biomarkers and normalization parameters (clinical parameters)” The aim of the project is to examine human samples collected as part of German participation in PARC (“Partnership for a risk assessment of chemicals”) aligned studies can be obtained. The results are used to determine and update data on corporal pollution and pollution in the home General population in Germany and Europe. As part of the study, morning urine samples and blood serum samples will be obtained as an analysis matrix. Approximately 342 urine samples should be taken for standardization and to determine possible health effects of exposure be examined for the clinical parameters NAG, A1MGAlbumin, Kim-1 and RBP4. Furthermore, around 342 blood serum samples will be examined for the clinical parameters FT3, FT4, T3, T4, TSH, total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL. The The results are transmitted in a quality-assured manner in a format specified by the UBA (Excel). The contractor prepares a final report, which includes, among other things, the description of the analysis carried out and the quality controls.
