Description:
Refoplan: "Human biomonitoring analytics Parc Aligned Studies - German Contribution TV7: PFAS in Serum" The aim of the project is to investigate human samples that are obtained as part of German participation in the Parc ("Partnership for a Risk Assessment of Chemicals"). The Results serve to determine and update data on the corporal pollution and pollutant loads in the domestic area of the general population in Germany and Europe. As part of the study, serum samples are received as an analysis matrix. Approx. 660 serum samples should be examined on Pfas (Pfna, Pfda, PfBs, PfHXs, PFHPS, Pfoa, Pfos). Additional PFAs are to be analyzed optionally. The transmission of results takes place in a quality -assured manner in a format specified by the UBA (Excel). The contractor manufactures reports that the description of the carried out Analytics and quality controls include. The quality and plausibility of the results must be commented on.
