  The allocation of risk reduction measures (RMM) is often a regulatory step to fulfill the admission requirements of biocidal products with an unacceptable environmental risk. For biocidal products that are used by consumers, it is therefore important to assign only realistically implementable RMM. So far, however, there is neither criteria nor guidelines for a harmonized procedure for determining RMM for the evaluation of the feasibility of RMM for consumers.
  As part of the project, an empirical and scientifically sound data basis for evaluating the feasibility of RMM is to be generated from the perspective of consumers.
