• Description:
• REFOPLAN 2025: “Scientific support for the introduction of the national repair platform” With Directive (EU) 2024/1799 (“Right-to-Repair Directive”), the European Union has obliged member states to use digital mediation platforms Set up (“match-making platforms”) that enable consumers to conduct a targeted search for suitable repair companies. The subject of the research project advertised here is the scientific support of the conception, set-up and Announcement of the national repair platform. To do this, desktop research will be carried out on existing repair platforms and selected operators will be interviewed. Qualitative (telephone) and quantitative (CAWI) interviews are also included Repair companies and consumers to determine their wishes and expectations of the platform. This is intended to ensure that the national platform is implemented in the best possible way under the given framework conditions and for the intended user groups is designed to be attractive. In addition, a strategy for an information campaign and suitable communication materials should be created.
