• Description:
• ReFoPlan: “Climate-resilient critical infrastructures: Management and process design taking into account the priority for nature-based solutions” The project should include relevant principles, laws, planning and standardization processes International/EU level and in Germany and with the involvement of relevant actors, the following goals can be achieved: - Development of a process design including a proposal for responsibilities and elaboration of principles of action for management of climate-resilient critical infrastructures in the form of a comprehensive guide. The guide is intended to ensure that relevant actors, in particular those responsible for public tasks at the municipal and regional level (e.g. infrastructure operators, Municipal utilities and municipal companies, regulatory bodies, etc.), operationalize climate resilience as a guiding principle for their adaptation planning and incorporate it into planning, financing, design and development processes as well as into operational management and the Integrate decommissioning. - Development of recommendations for the further development of the interaction between the legal areas and fields of action of climate change adaptation and CRITIS in the multi-level system, including the legal framework and the higher-level Specialist strategies. - Organization (planning, implementation and follow-up) of a specialist conference in which the main results of the project with 150 participants are presented, current other research results and current political developments be compared and discussed.
