Description:
At the WE105565 property of the Nossen, Gewerbestraße 1, 01683 Nossen, the flat roof is to be renovated in 2025. In 2024, leaks occurred several times.
The building was built in modular construction in the 1990s.
As a roof or ceiling construction, a sandwich plate was consisting of:
- 15mm wooden material plate
- 100mm styrofoam insulation
- 15 mm wooden material plate, installed. There is a hung Odenwald ceiling in the interior.
This sandwich plate was mechanically attached to metal substructure.
The roof waterproofing consists of a plastic roof track, which glued on the sandwich plate,
was laid. The roof has a very low gradient with an internal drainage.
Since a dismantling of the construction would result in a complete exposure of the office space, we wish the renovation as a variant of a new roof seal with additional thermal insulation on the existing roof structure.
