Description: Subject of the contract is a framework agreement for fleet management. Client-side frame contractors are TC and the MIG. These companies individually occur from the contractor, not jointly and severally.
The aim of this contract is to relieve TC of activities associated with its fleet, taking into account cost savings potential improved conditions for third parties for TC and thus ensure the most optimal fleet management for TC.
The contractor poses its service both for the ownership of TC vehicles, as well as for vehicles owned by third parties, eg. B. leasing-based or debt-financed vehicles, as well as for vehicles of the MIG and the BAG ready.
