WISTA Management GmbH (WISTA MG) is planning to convert and expand the former US military hospital in Berlin Lichterfelde into the FUBIC innovation center. The start-up and technology center is intended to accommodate research and serve technology-oriented start-ups and profile-compliant small and medium-sized companies. Offices and laboratories for chemistry, microbiology and physics will be built. The building is a large, free-standing structure measuring approximately 60m x 120m centrally located on an approximately five-hectare development site between Fabeckstrasse and Kamillenstrasse, which is to be developed as a campus with 6 additional new buildings in the coming years. Flooring, parquet The advertised services are: This involves parquet work including subsurface preparation on all levels from the ground floor to the 5th floor. The parquet flooring is installed on cement screeds as floating screeds and as floating heated screeds (electric and water-based).
