- An at least CE-IVD-certified flow cytometer including measurement and analysis software for diagnostic use in accordance with the European Ordinance 2017/746 on in-vitro diagnostics (EU IVDR) is to be obtained. The device to be obtained should be equipped with at least three lasers and 10 fluorescence parameters plus 2 scatter parameters, allow the use of different sample vessels and have quality management for checking the performance status. In addition to the required performance parameters, the availability of CE-IVD is decisive for immunphenotyping. Furthermore, the installation and installation of the device and the training of the employees must be included in the offer.
