Description:
Messe Berlin GmbH, hereinafter referred to as AG, intends to award the "flower and plant decoration" service to Messe Berlin GmbH and its affiliated companies. The service includes the rental and/or purchase of flowers and plant decorations for Messe Berlin events .
The services are provided in all congress and exhibition halls and associated parts of the building with designated event areas of the AG, on its exhibition grounds in Berlin (BECC - ExpoCenter City) as well as other service locations in Berlin and Brandenburg (e.g. Berlin ExpoCenter Airport), which are provided by den AG.
The work actually to be carried out is defined individually for each event by the specialist departments of Messe Berlin GmbH and Capital Service GmbH (CSG).
One of the special features of the event business is the lack of the possibility of Naimprovement. Events are generally scheduled and begin to the minute. It is therefore essential that the services to be provided are completed error-free and in the agreed quality by the agreed date. Even delays of minutes can have serious consequenceshave an impact on the event. The AG offers its customers the highest quality and therefore expects this with absolute reliability from its service providers.
