Flushing technology
A complete dishwashing technology system will be purchased, consisting of two multi-tank transport dishwashers in accordance with DIN EN 17735, including conveyor systems for trays and cutlery, heat recovery (? 20 C exhaust air), active dirt removal, demi-water installation, integrated Cloud hygiene documentation, interfaces (BACnet/free contacts), as well as delivery, assembly, integration into the existing infrastructure and commissioning.
The technical requirements result from the specifications and appendices A (KO criteria) and B (quality assessment).
