Description:
The client is looking for an expert or several experts in the sense of a bidding community, which and which the study: "Montzenroute in the focus: Preliminary study for the unbundling of local, distant and freight traffic in the railway node Aachen". An infrastructure expansion concept is being developed for this which ensures the smooth running of the SPNV and minimizes usage conflicts with freight transport. For this purpose, existing studies are evaluated, potential measures are identified and analyzed on the basis of an evaluation matrix. The results will be with the Germany cycle and the target network NRW 2040 compared and recommendations for action to record and prioritize measures.
