- In the central kitchen of the University Hospital in Ulm, between 4,500 and 5,000 portions of food are cooked according to the cookTableted meals are delivered to the various clinic areas using truck transport or an existing AWT system.
A new meal distribution system is being tendered for hygienic delivery and monitoring of deliveries. A contact system is used as the regeneration methodheat required. The basic body must be made of stainless steel and suitable for truck transport. A weight per car (240kg) and basic dimensions (80x120cm) must not be exceeded.
In the tender, approx. 65 cars with technical installation, approx. 126 cars without technical installation,Approx. 66 docking stations and the necessary equipment in the form of trays (Gastronorm size, plastic) and, if necessary, porcelain, may be required for hygienically perfect delivery.
