- The TTZ Bremerhaven was commissioned to plan a food startup and innovation hub in the historic fish auction hall 10 in Bremerhaven. The aim is to establish production and scale-up options for food startups, spin-offs as well as for established companies and research institutions in this hub. Separate production and technology units are created in which, taking into account food law and hygienic regulations, patterns and small series are produced, which can also be submitted to end consumers. All machine and systems within the framework of this tender must meet the applicable legal provisions and possible other requirements regarding hygienic design. This must be proven by relevant certificates or corresponding references.
