- The services requested within the framework of this award procedure are worldwide health insurance protection in the full cost tariff for the employees sent abroad and their traveling family members of the WDR, BR, HR and NDR. This performance is responsible for the WDRadvertised for themselves and the aforementioned broadcasters. The framework conditions for all participating broadcasters described in this procurement document and systems apply equally, whereby each broadcasting company inOwn name and concludes on your own account. Further information on the aforementioned broadcasters can be found in paragraph 7 (service description) of the tender documents. Disease costs must be insured, which in the context of outpatient and inpatient medical treatments and dental treatmentarise. This means that the employer's obligation must be complied with from § 17 SGB V. Accordingly, the scope of the services offered should largely correspond to the service catalog of statutory health insurance. Everyone must be insured and their fellow travelers must beRelatives without a health check (legally and privately health insured). There is no obligation to accept/compulsory insurance for the participating broadcasters in individual cases. The differentiation of the offers with regard to the desired countries "worldwide including North America" and "worldwideWithout North America "is possible. WDR: It is to be insured with a changing inventory of around 70 to 100 people (as of April 2025); around 60 adults / around 11 children). BR: It can be insured with a changing stock of around 50 people (as of March 2025; 39 adults / 6 children).
