Description:
The contractor acts as the contact person/representative of LEG Thuringia in Southern Africa for the duration of the contract and provides the following services in this context: 1. First point of contact for Thuringians, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), but also for business-related research institutions and cluster organizations, when searching for potential business partners and for market entry; 2. Collection of industry-specific market information, creation of market reports and examination of the relevance of products for market entry; 3. Research into concrete project approaches for the inclusion of Thuringian companies from the relevant sectors and technological fields; 4. Maintaining and expanding contacts with economic policy makers, regional companies, institutions, associations; 5. Supporting companies in the Search for suitable legal advice, particularly in insurance, tax and customs matters and, if necessary, when renting real estate (e.g. business premises); 6. Individual support for Thuringian companies in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of trade fairs, exhibitions, Business trips, conferences and contact and cooperation exchanges to acquire initial contacts; 7. Active application and support in the acquisition of participants for Thuringia International events; 8. Content preparation and organizational support of the measures Thuringia International in Southern Africa; 9.
