Description:
The subject of the performance is the conclusion of a framework agreement via the execution of formal delivery orders in accordance with §§ 166 ff. Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO) for the offices of the judiciary of the state of Saxony-Anhalt and the joint dunning court of the countries of Saxony-Anhalt, Saxony and Thuringia (Dataporten Print Center in Altenholz). The formal postal delivery orders (PZA) of documents to be provided, regardless of their weight, are carried out according to § 61 sentence 1 PostG according to the provisions of the process regulations and laws that regulate the administrative delivery.
